It’s very frustrating to have had to deal with multiple persons on the way through the process. This makes it impossible to have commonality of communication and commitments made by one party are not followed up on.

Overall the experience with Crown was wonderful. Matilda was very helpful and kind throughout our process.

I'm extremely satisfied with Crown's relocation service. From my first email reaching out to Crown Switzerland to my stuffs arriving in Singapore was seamless. I'm updated constantly (if there are movements/changes), advised and questions were replied within the same day. They literally hold my hand and walk me through step-by-step throughout the journey. Relocation is a massive headache, but Crown had made it so easy for me. Shout out to the entire team from Switzerland to Singapore. Professional delivery team, all doors, stairs, handles were wrapped before moving in the boxes to avoid scratches etc. Inspection of damages were done before and after to avoid misunderstanding. All back-end arrangements were hidden and taken care off. All i did was reply to the basic questions, provide confirmation, sit and wait. The only "massive" thing I did in the entire process was the unpacking, as I need to rearrange things in the new place. Highly recommend.

Everything went very smoothly and on schedule for our move from Switzerland to Australia. All the goods arrived in excellent condition at the right location. There were two delivery addresses. I would recommend Crown and Grace if you are considering an international move. They did an excellent job with no problems whatsoever.

Please note that their estimate is non-binding. If they get it wrong, they will charge you for the "overflow". They frequently get it wrong, so you may well end up paying more than the original quote. Aside from this non-trivial issue, the service was careful and the packers were respectful of the house, myself, and my belongings.

Efficient and trouble free. A great experience to reduce stress associated with international moving.
